She is the MOTHER of neo-burlesque. Author of the The Burlesque Handbook, she is quite the authority on modern burlesque. My favourite quality is her unparalleled attention to detail. I was so honoured to be a part of the modernized Sherry Britton tribute, the burlesque performer from the 30s/40s with the figure to die for.
