When the writers' strike hit Hollywood (remember that?), Mila Kunis and James Franco weren’t going to take it sitting down. They were going to take it, like, REALLY seriously. Kind of as serious as like, having a conversation with the guy you like about ‘what you are.’ Directed by Judd Apatow, watch them repeat exact lines from MTV’s terrible reality show The Hills.

8. James Franco Hosts The Oscars

James Franco and Anne “Catwoman” Hathaway hosted the Oscars in last year’s...well, trainwreck. It wasn’t that the ceremony was wildly unsuccessful. It was. It also wasn’t that James Franco really never looked like he wanted to be there. He didn’t. What got the Internet abuzz was that the entire time he looked completely, totally stoned. We’re talking ‘kid hanging outside your local 7-11 getting bags of Combos and Slushies’ stoned. We’re talking your ‘college boyfriend who was really good at World of Warcraft’ stoned. 7. James Franco Gets Teachers Fired

I didn’t show up for class in college. I got a D! I complained to the dean. He didn’t do anything about it. I learned my lesson. Here’s another lesson--this is not what happens if you are James Franco. If you are James Franco, you get the teacher fired because how can you, honestly, star in Rise of the Planet Of the Apes and go to class, mom?? Teachers JUST DON’T UNDERSTAND!!

6. But Hey, He’s Writing A Book

I imagine James Franco’s short stories are going to be awesome. Perhaps there will be one where this guy smokes so much weed he turns into a glass of cranberry juice for a performance art piece. Maybe they’ll be like Miranda July read a lot of Miranda July. Maybe they’ll be from the perspective of his character in Knocked Up (that would be himself). All I can say is I will read this book and so will everyone else. That should be the title!

5. Even Though He Can’t Stay Awake In Class

James Franco is just like us! He finds classes boring, too! Actually, this is all sorts of wrong and James Franco, is NOT like us. Why? Because when you want to fall asleep in class you put your head down like you are taking notes. You don’t just lean your head back and snore for all the world to see! He may be a veteran actor, but he’s certainly an amateur student.

4. Nobody Wants To Hear Him Speak

I wouldn’t really want Franco to speak at my commencement, at least after watching the Oscars. What would he say? “If you are an attractive person with talent, you will be a millionaire!” I don’t want to hear that because I am none of those. Luckily, this lady didn’t want to hear that crap either and successfully petitioned him out of speaking at UCLA’s graduation ceremonies. Well, he had a ‘conflict’ that day, which I guess was probably making money and smoking weed. Still, extra props to the creator of this for mentioning how bad Tristan and Isolde was, too.

3. He Also Goes on General Hospital

Franco said it was performance art. All I know is that he acted on a show my grandmother loved and then he died. It’s weird and bizarre and also vaguely entertaining. If you start watching the videos on youtube, beware, cuz you’re going to get hooked.

Not only is this his grandmother the cutest thing I’ve ever seen in my life, his brother Dave is a totally hot babe. This is one fam I could sit down with for Christmas dinner. Seriously! His brother is a total babe!
