If you read the horrifying story from The New York Times a few weeks ago (the one about the burger with a side order of E. coli), sourcing your meat is not only a good way to support local butchers, but could actually save your life. But not everyone lives around the corner from Marlow & Daughters, so what’s a New Yorker to do?
