		<description>I think that the schools should incorporate this into their curriculum.  Teach the children how to build the solar panels.  There are many resources on the internet on how this can be done with very little out of pocket.  One example would be www.solartechtown.com/how-to-build-a-solar-panel/   The materials list totals around $500.  What a wonderful opportunity it would be to teach children how to plan, create and finish such an important project.</description>
