These certifications have been around for a while (in relative terms, anyway), so I tend to believe they&#039;re on the right track...</description>

		<description>Hmmm, I&#039;m always suspicious of certifications so glad you put in the bullet point list.  The public need to realise that being green isn&#039;t just a trend, it&#039;s a must do.  Nothing more annoying than a company/group of people greenifying their image without any real action.  

Devil is in the detail. For example installation of water-saving devices in restrooms could mean something like a brick in the cistern.  I&#039;m not saying that is the case here, but I personally don&#039;t want to give credit to anyone not doing their bit.
