More and more are condemned each day as criteria, tightened for higher ROI, are not met! The other apparent displacement is to the Armed Forces, of able bodied yet unemployable Americans, both sexes! to do Mercenary service on behalf of Halliburton(Dubai) and their pipeline aspirations through Afghanistan to Turkmenistan's oil fields. This hardly makes up for the bankrupting of GM(America) while GM(China) turns 30% profit using American capital, this year. Goddammit! We wallow in NIMBY controversy and state and municipal arguments over who can do what, while our nation rots from the core outward in a way so apparent to the rest of the world they shun investment in us now, even mighty China turning down Obama's last overtures for Trillions in loans! Yes! The potential for South Western U.S.A. to provide the whole country with power is there, but Americans are expected to do the task, fast! Without quibbling and quickly in spite of Congress' constipations! This will not happen! We are so destroyed by ourselves that in spite of assassinations, or mass disease we can hardly Shiite or get off the pot! We still go down to the closed GM dealerships expecting in disbelief to buy a "Merry Oldsmobile", Goddammit! Do the Solar thing? Not likely. nothing moves us. Not even the truth right in our faces. The Asian Fact: about to reduce us to poverty, joblessness, in our own land, and we sit playing computer games, and dropping out of truly inadequate schools, to be enlisted as Mercenaries to OPEC or wasted by inadequate medical care, a dying nation, full of sunshine, Wind Power, Tidal potential, Hydro aspirations, Geo Thermal riches, G d cries! the Muslims hear him and stand ready, Chinese at their sides, like vultures waiting, waiting! It's doubly amazing that there are not more power companies which are signing up people with solar panels on their roofs and garages.Imagine if more homes had solar panels, windmills, and freshwater reclamation systems - these investments in homes would have direct economic value on a monthly basis. Imagine being able to generate revenue through powering your local community. I may have to write up a business plan for the idea and do it.
