		<description>I can&#039;t help but wish these  changes had been made at least 30 yrs. ago when the emerging danger of acid rain, agricultural pesticides and fertilizers first were noticed.  And then, there is SILENT SPRING, which was heard, but only briefly.  What a shame that it may be too late.</description>
