hi my name is jie jie, I’m an Indonesian, I want to learn how to make green roof for a house , because there’s no more big and shade trees in my village (sorry my English not so good, I couldn’t explain it clearly) I want to acknowledge the green roof to the other people of my village too. And could you give me some tropical plantation to plant on my roof considering I live in Indonesia and the plantation is not the same as the plantation in other countries.Thanx before and I’m sorry if you couldn’t understand of what I’ve wrote, I’m still learning English.by the way the roof on that picture is exactly the roof I’ve wanted for my home.once again thanx

Yes, most developer just worries about his capitial cost and does not think long term operating saving. It makes a lot of sense to green the roof and have the extra insulation to shield the building from the extreme cold winter.
