Marco Brambilla created a video collage installation stitched from over 400 clips for the elevators at the hip Standard Hotel in Manhattan. It takes hotel guests on a journey to heaven (which frankly looks like a pretty awesome place to hang out) and hell (not so awesome). The concept reminds me of 16th century Dutch painter Hieronymus Bosch’s famous “The Garden of Earthly Delights.”
