A couple of years after I started practicing TM I started having experiences of hearing ncredible, beautiful music in the state between waking and sleeping, and in dreams and after meditating. I don’t know for sure that this was a result of TM, but I can’t think of another reason for it. Eventually I started composing my own music. I do believe that it can enhance one’s access to their own creativity.

Thanks for this interesting article. David Lynch is so creative – I love his movies. I read his book “Catching the Big Fish” and it is full of insights and wisdom. Yes, David’s book “Catching the Big Fish” is great – full of little pearls of insight and wisdom. And about how Transcendental Meditation helps him with creativity.
Have you seen the new section on his web site http://www.davidlynch.com “Interview Project” – it looks like it will be great. Now david is working to teach TM to 1 million children – what a great cause. We wish him the best of luck.
