This is very inspiring specially for the Young Tibetans. Would love to see this movie.This tells us that we can also send a message to the world about our plight in many ways….Hope to meet Ngawang La one day soon.

I once worked side by side with Ngawang and have often thought about him and prayed for him. His great spirit and kindness always inspired me. I am beyond pleased that he has reached his goal, although I am sure this is just the beginning for him!

Many of us, around the world, worked hard for Ngawang’s release from Drapchi Prison. After our hard work paid off, we were waiting to hear what Ngawang had to say of his experiences and that of the stories of other fellow prisoners. We didn’t hear much and I always wondered what Ngawang had to say.

Why he chose to keep silent?
Who are the fellow prisoners?
What did they hope?
What messages did they have for us: Tibetans in exile?

Thus, I’m very much waiting to see this film in the hope that it will answer some of my questions.
