Brita Filter For Good
Brita Filter For Good

This year, The Sundance Film Festival is highlighting the environmental importance of filtered tap water by joining with Brita and Nalgene in support of FilterForGood, an innovative campaign to reduce bottled water waste.

For the first time ever, attendees at this year’s festival will receive FilterForGood reusable Nalgene bottles they can fill at Brita Hydration Stations located throughout the festival.

Brita’s FilterForGood campaign aims to educate Americans on the environmental effects of bottled water and why together, filtered water and a reusable bottle are an ideal solution for going green at home and on the go.

Thanks to Brita and Nalgene, the 2009 Sundance Film Festival will reduce the need for 50,000 bottles* of water. Drinking water is a known remedy to altitude sickness, so at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, you can support a green cause by hydrating yourself with Brita filtered water.

Join The Sundance Film Festival by taking the pledge to reduce bottled water waste at www.filterforgood.com. For around $10, you can also purchase the iconic green FilterForGood bottle.

That’s nice but what’s really needed, Brita, is a portable bottle that will filter any water you can get anywhere – a filter built into the bottle that can be easily back flushed at the faucet and refilled with whatever water is available. As it appears, Brita is just replacing those fifty thousand bottles of water with ones with their name on it.
