Spiced Caipiroska by Emily George
Cocktail featuring GREY GOOSE® Vodka
Ingredients:
2 Parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka
½ Part Cumin & Jalapeno infused Agave Nectar*
½ Part Part lime juice
2 Parts fresh cubed mango
6 fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions:
Muddle the fresh mango, cilantro leaves, and Cumin & Jalapeno Infused Agave Nectar. Add lime juice and Original GREY GOOSE Vodka. Shake all ingredients together, double strain into Highball glass ¾ filled with crushed ice. Add ice to fill the glass, stir to combine and incorporate. Garnish with fresh cilantro sprig or candied jalapeno rings.
*Cumin & Jalapeno Infused Agave Nectar
8 oz. Light Agave Nectar
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 small jalapenos, sliced into rings
Combine ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently for 5 to 10 minutes, do not allow to boil or reduce. Remove from heat, strain out solid ingredients.
