Sake Sour by Lauren Mote
Cocktail featuring GREY GOOSE® Vodka
Ingredients:
1 part GREY GOOSE® Vodka
1 part Sake
¼ part plum wine
¼ part honeysuckle & black teaitters (made on the spot)
¾ part lime juice
1 part simple syrup
1 egg white
Instructions:
Dry shake all ingredients together, then add ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, strain into an old fashioned glass. Top with freshly ground white pepper.
