La Noir Fizz by Moses Laboy
Cocktail featuring GREY GOOSE® Cherry Noir Flavored Vodka
Ingredients:
1 ½ Parts GREY GOOSE® Cherry Noir Flavored Vodka
½ Parts fresh lemon juice
½ Parts fresh lime juice
1 Part simple syrup
1 Part cream
2 dashes vanilla extract
5 muddled cherries
1 egg white
Instructions:
Add all ingredients in shaker, dry shake for 1 or 2min. Add ice and shake again. Pour into a Collins glass with small amount of cracked ice, add soda water and fizz with bar spoon. Garnish with brandied cherry on a skewer.
