Top 10 Royal Fashion Statements
The Royal’s are flowing with fashion.
10. Shirtless Prince Harry
Sure I can sit here and tell you that camouflage fatigues are back in style (yes they are!) but isn't the idea of a heavenly prince playing rugby in the desert just another definition of heaven? I think that's pretty fashionable all on its own, hands down.

I have always been intrigued by Queen Elizabeth and her very chic, structured handbags. Every time I see her at a public function, she always carries, in her very regal way, that triangular bag, on one forearm, while she waves with the other.
I'm less curious by who designs her bag (but I'd wish she don a Kelly every now and then) but more intrigued about her commitment to that shape. Why not a clutch? Why not a hobo? Or even a classic tote? But better yet, my most pressing question is: What does she carry inside?
I doubt the Queen of England needs cash or credit cards, or her ID, or an iPhone or even her housekeys for that matter. What does she need with her at all times then?

Who doesn't love a Disney princess. I remember my first movie to be Cinderella, the cartoon and I was not just mermerized by the glass slipper (I still am and constantly request a clear pump for my photo shoots) but also by their fairytale princess gowns.
But when Princess Jasmin came along, she shook up that fashion equation. Peplums, poufs and powder tones were gone. Instead, Jasmin went for va-va-voom sexy in her cropped top and harem pants, rocking that look before we even knew we wanted crop tops and harem pants back in our fashion vocabulary.
It was later I would see that same look come down international runways.

I know I'm not in the minority here, when the Academy of Motion Pictures, Arts and Science declared the costumes from Priscilla to be the Oscar winner in 1995.
For Aussie designers, Tim Chappel and Lizzy Gardinier, this was a win-win for drag queens everywhere, with their loud prints, exaggerated footwear, hair-raising headpieces and an Amex card dress that even Lizzy sought to wear on Oscar night.
These were definitely looks that you cant leave home without.

I am guessing that this purple pop Prince has a shoe closet most women would drool over. Gossip has it that he wears a size 6 shoe, often with heels and platforms to compensate for his smaller frame, though Prince has claimed he wears heels because women likes them, though he has never clarified if he meant that in a girlfriend way or covet-them-from-a-girlfriend kind of way.
But either or, his detractors hasnt ruffled Princes feathers (or feathery boots). His response is best said in one of my favorite song of his, Kiss: Act your age, not your shoe size. In the end, at least I know he has ample opportunity to shop for the best shoes in the mens AND womens shoe departments.

First of all, with an aristocratic name like this - Maria del Rosario Cayetana Alfonsa Victoria Eugenia Francisca Fitz-James Stuart y de Silva - how could the world not pay attention.
And then to top it all off with her signature frizzy white hair and colorful wardrobe, she was bound to be a fashion plate as well. A distant relative of Queen Elizabeth and Winston Churchill, the 85 year old Duchess has made headlines with her recent marriage to someone 25 years her junior which clearly shows that being a cougar is just as fashionable even when youre a royal.

Who doesn't love a royal getting physical? With all the paparazzi pics of Diana over years in her regal gowns, my favorites are still the ones of her in bike shorts and oversized sweats. Never a hair out of place and even her color palette seemed Buckingham Palace worthy all shades of royal blue.

Who wore it first? I love my royal weddings. In the forth grade I remember dragging a sleeping bag out to the living room at 4am to watch a young girl named Diana marry Prince Charles and it was so romantic with that dramatic dress.
So of course, thirty years later, when I got up again at 4am to catch the next generations royal wedding, I was equally as excited, especially when Kate stepped out of that carriage in a Sarah Burton designed Alexander McQueen white lace gown.
The first thing that struck me that early morning was how reminiscent the dress was of the one worn by Grace Kelly when she married Prince Ranier back in 1956. I would never accuse the future queen of England (Kate) or the queen of fashion (Sarah Burton) of ripping off a look, but the similarity posed a fun royal question that morning.

When your posterior makes headlines at your sisters wedding, you know you're the real newsmaker in the family. Personally I loved Pippas Alexander McQueen shapely white dress she wore as the maid of honor in the wedding of the century, but the world loved what was behind it even more (with her butt landing a facebook page all of its own) and that was the ultimate fashion statement. If Pippa taught us anything that day, it was: you always want your behind to lead the way.

Only an offspring of the rebellious - and original - Fergie can show up at the royal wedding of the century in a head-turning, show-stopping fascinator that's a cross between antennas, squid tentacles and the cartoon sperm, taken from Woody Allen's movie, Everything I Wanted To Know About Sex.
And however way you want to spin it, Princess B is rocking a look more appropriate for Londons Wembley Stadium than Westminster Abbey.
But bonus points to her for doing her best Lady Gaga impression, especially when you look even closer and realize she could be a dead-ringer for one of Gagas family members.
