QUIRKY: Very Messy, Very Fast (Episode 6, Season 1)
BBQ is as American as apple pie, and so is inventing new products. Frustrated by the multiple trips she and her boyfriend have to make between kitchen and grill, former paralegal Christine Torpey dreams of inventing a barbecue tray that can carry everything in one go. Her solution: a multi-tiered, stackable tray with food underneath and tools on top. But, can the Quirky team cook up a beautiful product that carries everything Christine envisions without it becoming too clunky to hold? Meanwhile, eccentric inventor and Flash game developer, Dave Fulton, is not pleased with the changes Quirky has made to his combination toilet snake and plunger. Will the simple but innovative product idea hit a blockage or go with the flow?
