Designer/SculptorBIOTransplanted to Sydney from Avignon, designer and sculptor Noëlle Rigaudie’s roots are quite visible in her captivating French rococo cardboard pieces that have been exhibited all over Sydney. It was one of Noëlle’s friends who introduced her to the medium by showing her how to make a simple picture frame out of recycled cardboard. Intrigued by the process Noëlle now uses the material to create an atmosphere, by bending, folding and cutting the cardboard into elaborate homewares. |
