Colorado Cocktail
2 oz Stranahans Colorado Whiskey
1/4 oz huckleberry syrup
Juice of one lemon
2 tablespoon sugar
Fresh mint leaves
Spritz of soda
Lime and Cherry for garnish
Squeeze the lemon into a double rocks glass with sugar and mint leaves. Muddle with pestle and strain into a martini shaker filled with ice. Add Stranahans and huckleberry syrup, cover and shake.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with lime and cherry.
