Mixologist Tonia Guffey is one of the few experts working to transform the liquor industry by educating clientele about the range of environmentally conscious liquors and wines that are available on a consumer level. She has been working in the beverage industry for 7 years, and has spent the last 2 specializing in the organic wine and spirits genre.

She has attended the highly regarded B.A.R. program studying under the top mixologists in the country, including Dale Degroff, Steve Olsen, and David Wondrich.

Tonia Guffey lives in Brooklyn and currently works in New York City and spends her free time collecting cocktail books and vinyl records.
