Spencer Brown is the founder and chief tree hugger of Rent-A-Green Box. His company is the first Zero-Waste packing and moving solution in America. The cornerstone product of Rent-A-Green Box is called the Recopack and the word stands for (REcycled ECOlogical PACKing Solution).

Available in 3 sizes and rented on a weekly basis to individuals, small business and corporations, replacing the need to pack and move with new or used cardboard boxes. Recopacks are crush proof, tear proof and weather proof and have a life span of over 400 round trip uses. When they expire, Brown just grinds them up to make another Recopack. He also removes tons of used baby diapers from landfills, cleans and sanitizes them to make his famous “Poopy Pallets” that help transport his Recopacks. Plastic bottle caps become colorful zip-ties to secure and close his Recopacks in transit. Soda cans are transformed into moving dollies and cereal boxes become little triangles called Expandos that replace the need to use petroleum based packing peanuts.

Using his Zero-Waste solution is cheaper, faster and easier compared to using limited life span cardboard boxes and other petroleum based disposable packing products. By “Thinking outside the Box” and using trash as a new resource to revolutionize the way America packs and moves their property, he’s making a positive and immediate impact on our ecology, environment and economy.
