Author, beer sommelier, consultant & beer chick, named “Best Beer Sommelier in Los Angeles” by Los Angeles Magazine, Christina Perozzi has gained a large following as one of the top female beer experts in the United States. Christina realized her affinity for the beer world while managing the famous Father's Office in Santa Monica, CA. Seeing the need for beer education everywhere, she founded the popular website www.beerforchicks.com and started working as a consultant, a beer educator, a writer and beer sommelier in 2006. Christina gives beer tastings, seminars and classes and also teams with innovative chefs hosting Beer Pairing Dinners.

Christina has been featured as a guest host for a KNBC’s TV show Your LA, and as a guest expert on Los Angeles’ KTLA Morning Show and KCBS Evening News. She has been featured in Gourmet Magazine, Los Angeles Magazine, Angeleno Magazine, Patterson’s The Tasting Panel, Daily Candy, Urban Daddy, and The Thrillist as well as Forbes, Delta Sky Magazine, Yahoo! Food, Metromix, The Los Angeles Times, Imbibe Magazine, Eating Well Magazine and Market Watch. She is a freelance writer and recently won the DailyCandy.com's coveted 2008 Sweetest Things Award. Christina graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Journalism. Christina’s favorite beer is a spicy and effervescent Saison Dupont.
