Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins May 12, 2009 and ends June 30, 2009. To enter, visit our web site at www.Sundancechannel.com and follow the on-screen instructions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM, Eastern Time, on June 30, 2009. Limited to one entry per person per 24 hour day. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by and acknowledge compliance with these official rules including eligibility requirements. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. All entries become the property of the sponsor, Sundance Channel L.L.C. Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries or any error, omission, interruption, dilution, defect or delay in operation or transmission on the Internet or any damage to a user’s computer. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason which sponsor, in its sole opinion, deem could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes, in whole or in part. Sponsor will not acknowledge receipt of entries.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to persons who are 21 years or older at time of entry and are a legal resident of the continental United States. Employees (and their immediate families) of sponsor or any of sponsor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, participating vendors, promotion or advertising agencies, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the sweepstakes are ineligible to enter the sweepstakes. This offer is void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. PRIZE DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winners will be selected by the sponsor in a random drawing on or about July 1, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. All decisions of the sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) for three (3) days/two (2) nights to Massachusetts. Trip includes: Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence; three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations in one (1) double-occupancy room at a hotel selected by sponsor; two (2) passes for Whale boat trip and one (1) $500 American Express gift card. The ARV of this prize is $3,000.00.

Actual value of a trip depends on dates of travel and winner’s residence or departure city. Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of prize package will be forfeited and will not be substituted. Trip winner must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. Driver’s License, valid passport, etc.) required for travel. Winner’s travel companion, and if companion is a minor, parent or legal guardian, must complete and sign a travel release prior to ticketing. Winner and Guest must travel together from same point of origin. No substitutions for prizes except by sponsor or as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. All taxes and other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery, not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Other restrictions may apply.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or mail on or about July 1, 2009. Prize winner must return within five (5) days after notification an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release signed by winner (or if any winner is a minor, signed by the parent or legal guardian of the winner). Failure of the Prize winner to return the executed Affidavit and Release forms within the specified time period may result in winner's forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries. Prize will not be awarded until the completed Affidavit and Release forms are received. By accepting any prize, winner consents to the use of their names, voices, and likenesses for promotional, advertising, publicity or trade purposes in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity by sponsor without further compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. Void where prohibited by law.

6. CONDITIONS: By submitting an entry in the sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that sponsor shall be permitted to use your entry data for marketing purposes consistent with their privacy policies and applicable law. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants and winner release sponsor and its owners (direct or indirect), parents, members, stockholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, damages or loss.

7. WINNERS NAME: To obtain the name of the winner, available after August 1, 2009 send a self-addressed, stamped envelope marked “Winners Name” by August 31, 2009 to: “Sundance Channel L.L.C., 11 Penn Plaza, 17th Floor, New York, New York 10001.
