It’s turkey time! The holidays are back, and people are scurrying to meet deadlines (ahem!), wrap up issues of magazines, and prep for a multitude of festivities in the next couple of months.

Luckily, Thanksgiving isn’t quite as chaotic as the December debauchery, but it still requires a fair amount of planning. We asked a gaggle of the fashion flock what they were up to for Thanksgiving, and here is what they had to say:

Antonio Azzuolo: Staying in New York for TG and celebrating with friends. Canadian TG was last month.

Keanan Duffy: Going to Maine to judge Miss USA regionals.

Robert Geller: I am in Tokyo working on fall but will be back just in time for Turkey Day. Ana [Lerario-Geller] and I will be at my aunt’s house in Southampton. My mom is flying in, as are a few cousins. We are all Germans, but we really get into it. It is one of my favorite holidays, because you eat great food and hang out with your family and there is no pressure.

Rod Keenan: An intimate dinner for 25 at the Harlem Castle.

Paul Marlow of Loden Dager: Cooking (maybe even deep-frying the turkey) and turning the studio into a safe haven for wayward souls and some of our mothers.

Bibhu Mohapatra: Dressing ten former Atlanta debutantes from three generations for the 100th anniversary of the Atlanta debutante club at the Piedmont Driving Club on November 27. On Thanksgiving, turkey, stuffing, and shrimp-and-grits dinner at artist and 1938 debutante Selma Beard’s house after the fittings on the debs.

Chris Olberding of Gitman Vintage: Tempura for Thanksgiving at Ten-Ichi in Tokyo.

Anna Sheffield of Bing Bang Jewelry: For my eighth Thanksgiving in New York, I’m planning to conjure up a little piece of New Mexican culinary heaven by making sopaipillas — delectable fried bread unique to my home state, and arguably one of the biggest labors of love to be undertaken in my kitchen.

Peter Som: I’m having Thanksgiving with good friends in the city. We are all cooking parts of the meal. I’m in charge of stuffing and Brussels sprouts, and I’ll make some caramel ice cream for the apple pie, one of several desserts that we will have. For Thanksgiving, more is always better than less!
