The Ghost
Ji-won (Kim Ha-neul) is a bright, likeable college sophomore who appears to have a promising future; it’s the past that’s proving to be a problem. Since an accident, Ji-won has been suffering from amnesia. As she starts her own investigation into her enigmatic past, things become even more problematic as members of a clique of bullying college girls see dark-haired apparitions and die under violent circumstances. Excellent performances and a few unexpected twists distinguish South Korean filmmaker Kim Tae-kyung’s exercise in Asian horror.
