The Big Empty

Strange things are baking under the desert sun in this witty tale from debut filmmaker Steve Anderson. A hard-up actor (Jon Favreau) takes a chance on some easy money when he agrees to deliver a suitcase in the California wilderness. After he misses his rendezvous, he discovers he is a prime suspect in a robbery and murder investigation. Weird and wonderful characters and a stellar supporting cast (Daryl Hannah, Kelsey Grammer, Sean Bean, Rachael Leigh Cook, Bud Cort, Joey Lauren Adams) highlight this dark comic walk on the wild side.
