Bruce Beresford (BLACK ROBE, DRIVING MISS DAISY) directs this Australian coming-of-age drama about two teenagers who yearn to join a popular surfing clique. Surfie-chick wannabes Debbie (Nell Schofield) and Sue (Jad Capelja) immerse themselves in a boorish subculture of sex-on-demand, drugs and male dominance in their quest to escape suburbia.
