Julia Alarcon is a passionate designer and is desperate to have a career in fashion. Joe Zee recognizes her potential, but has a lot of advice that he's not sure Julia is ready to take. He thinks her designs are inappropriate and too risqu� for the women she is designing for and recommends she start fresh. His vision for her line is to become the new "working woman" wardrobe, but he needs Julia to jump on board.
