A Palestinian raised in Israel, filmmaker Hany Abu-Assad has explored the complexities of the Arab/Israeli conflict in a series of critically acclaimed films such as Rana's Wedding and Ford Transit. With irony, compassion and a sense of reality's absurdities, Abu-Assad here tells the story of two young West Bank auto mechanics (Kais Nashef and Ali Suliman), who are assigned to enter Israel as suicide bombers.
