In part two of director Robert Altman and writer Garry Trudeau's political satire, the staff of former congressman Jack Tanner (Michael Murphy) unveils an unconventional television commercial, which becomes the talk of his presidential bid. As his campaign goes into full gear, Tanner learns the hazards of carrying his own luggage and garners a celebrity endorsement. Waylon Jennings appears in a small supporting role.
