Multiply by Six Million: Portraits and Stories of Holocaust Survivors

For more than a decade, Evvy Eisen has been creating photographic portraits and recording the memoirs of Holocaust survivors in America and Europe. This short film, composed entirely of Eisen's moving still images, spoken first-hand accounts and a solo piano score - written and performed by Nicole Milner, herself a survivor of the Holocaust - gives a very personal face to one of the darkest moments of 20th century history.
