Blank and Leibrecht's cameras follow noted tea importer David Lee Hoffman as he travels up remote terraced mountainsides to meet farmers whose wisdom about the cultivation of hand-made teas extends back generations. Hoffman, who champions "fair trade" and organic cultivation, is obsessive about quality tea, which is rapidly disappearing in a world of globalization and mass production.
