The classmates of Korean art student Hyun-soo (Shin Se-kyung) take aesthetics very seriously; several have undergone plastic surgery to own the perfect face. Performing the surgery is Hyun-soo's mother, Yoon-hee (Do Ji-won), who conveniently works from her at-home operating room. However, when some of her classmates start hearing ghostly voices and fatally mutilate their faces, Hyun-soo begins to delve into her mother's hidden past. This cautionary tale about the price of beauty is the second feature from South Korean filmmaker Bong Man-dae.
