Byeong-ki Ahn, Director
South Korea's cinematic master of the macabre Ahn Byung-ki (PHONE) made his feature-film debut with this distinctly Asian variant on the American teen horror film. Ha Ji-won plays Eun-joo, an attractive college freshman with a shadowy background, whose death from a fall is believed to have been a suicide. Two years after her death, many of Eun-joo's classmates - some of whom may have good reason to be harboring a guilty conscience - begin to suspect they are being visited by a ghostly presence with a distinctly deadly vendetta.
