Filmmaker Izhar Harpaz's moving four-part original documentary series from Sundance Channel and NBC Media chronicles the rookie year of Monica Groves, a young, idealistic teacher at a tough Atlanta middle school. A shortened version of this inspiring tribute to the dedicated unsung heroes at public schools throughout America won a George Foster Peabody Award.

In the third episode, tensions rise in Ms. Groves’s unruly 4th period class when two students decide to settle their differences with a fight in the classroom.
