Growing weary of trailer park life and their rural Georgia town, friends Belle (Anna Faris) and Bel (Laura Breckenridge) dream of moving to the sophistication of alluring Atlanta. But a variety of comic obstacles - including a very unexpected romance - present themselves when these naïve yet sweet-natured exemplars of Southern femininity finally make plans to escape. The myth of the Old South mingles with the contemporary realities of the New South in this gentle, eccentric romantic comedy from Paul S. Meyers and Brennan Shroff.
