Filmmakers Philippe Bensoussan and Jacques Tarnero take a hard look at French media coverage of the Arab-Israeli conflict and conclude that the mainstream French media repeatedly presents a negative image of the State of Israel in the guise of political criticism. Using newsreel footage and argument, Bensoussan and Tarnero carefully consider the media's choice of words and images in accounts from the Middle East, suggesting evidence of a covert bias. Over time, they contend, this situation exacerbates growing Anti-Semitism in Europe.
