Los Angeles photographer and music video filmmaker B+ (aka Brian Cross) brought together a quartet of legendary soul and jazz session drummers (Roy Porter, Earl Palmer, Paul Humphrey and James Gadson) and a trio of hip-hop deejays (Babu, J-Rocc and Cut Chemist) for a one-of-a-kind meeting of musical minds. The hypnotic result when old school met new school: a historical jam-session in which immortal rhythmical riffs from recordings past were juggled and scratched with masterful abandon by three modern maestros of the turntable.
