John Hughes (FERRIS BUELLER'S DAY OFF) wrote and produced, and William Ryan directed, this small-town comedy chronicling one momentous night in the life of Robin (Alessandro Nivola), an unhappy 21-year-old with a three-page arrest record. Still pining for a local girl (Brooke Langton) who left for college, Robin takes out his frustrations whenever he gets an opportunity, much to the exasperation of a hapless cop (Bruce Norris) and the local police sergeant (William Sadler), who has fostered a grudge against the local bad kid for years.
