High and Dry

Suburbia, class and reality TV are among the targets served up for satirical laughs in Australia's most successful comedy series. Kath (Jane Turner), a fortysomething empty nester, and her spoiled daughter Kim (Gina Riley) are followed by reality-TV cameras during their day-to-day lives in the Melbourne suburb of Fountain Lakes.

In this episode, extra income is an issue as Kim and Brett (Peter Rowsthorn) shop for houses, and Kath and Kel (Glenn Robbins) price home spas. Meanwhile, on the highways, Sharon (Magda Szubanski) encounters road rage.
