I remeber when you answered on new energy on the topic I started on Lycos, way back when, before the Al Gore movie, about Climate Change. We need a new agenda, we do get this now on new energy, but still we need a comprehensive energy plan, when is this going to happen, Good Question. We are working on a Green City Project in Baltimore, building Green Houses on the roofs of the abandon Buildings, and helping the homeless in the city, it's abominable here, as you may as well know. If you can answer me, I am under the crisiscenter@netzero.net. I am lock oput of the hotmail, unfortunately. This is the e-mail for Environmental Crisis Center, we need funding for this project specifically, and it's going to work the constellation energy company is outlaw, BG&E, is way out of line. This isn"t the only city, that is in serious trouble. I know you are busy, and I am doing everything possible to pull this off, as much as we can, but it's like pulling teeth, we have taking over buildings and giving them to the homeless in the city.
