Sending "This week on Sundance Channel" too late Posted on Nov 11 2008 at 3:58am by Please send out the notice for what's on Mon -Sun on the Sunday before that Monday.
I'm sure many viewers are frustrated having missed a great program because they checked their e'ml you sent at 5pm promoting an interesting sounding program to air only a few hours later at 9pm on Mon night. Can you give us a bit more notice guys?
Not everyone is able to check their mail as often as you might assume.
