| Dear Group, I'd like to submit an idea for a documentary by an independant filmmaker. I'm in the process of locating a medical center in the US who will help a little 12-year old girl in Luxor, Egypt who was born with arthrogryposis multiplex congenita. You can look up the details of this birth defect on the Internet, but basically her elbows and knees are bent backwards. I'm trying to locate a filmmaker who might like to document the process of her treatment. Can you give advise on how best to communicate with the independant filmmaker community on this idea?
