its a comedy/drama to which the British beat the world at doing.
Ive seen some of the shows and it makes our comedy dramas look like childrens time.
Yet another case of British TV being the best in the world.

Sundance needs to get the rest of the seasons NOW!! as this is quite possibly the greatest show ever. RE: Shameless Posted on Oct 12 2007 at 4:26pm by i started looking around my Digital cable channels , found sundance , and shameless - and i will keep paying my cable bill if they keep this show on sundance - this is more addictive than any other show ive seen - although i think everyone on the show is really great at their "art" of acting , Fiona is by far the glue that makes it all stay together , maybe the cast can chime in here and convince Sundance to Spread the Shame and buy the rights to all the seasons , WE NEED TO CONTINUE RE: Shameless Posted on Oct 19 2007 at 2:51am by The one piece of tv I really missed since coming from the UK to live here nearly two years ago was Shameless, and thanks to my sleepless son at 3am the other morning who told me he had seen an old episode of Shameless! Please, please. please, keep these episodes coming, it's a 'brill', hilariously evocative taste of life from my beloved North-West.

This is brilliant comedy, and I can't wait to see series 2 thru 5.... Please, Sundance, don't stop showing this wonderful Series. I think my DVR has messed up, and I may have missed a few epis, as on another site, they mentioned new episodes being shown.... anyone know how many episodes series 1 ran? thanks -
RE: Shameless Posted on Dec 25 2007 at 10:17am by On 12/14 I DVR'd The Basketball Diaries only to discover I'd 'taped' 2 episodes of Shameless. My digital TV on-screen cable guide had no idea Shameless was on either.
Shameful!
But there is an X-Mas special edition of Shameless this coming weekend -- my on-screen tv guide says 3 an ET.-

Every night last week, Sundance played two or three episodes of "Shameless" between midnight and 3:00am. Of course, it wasn't on any schedule. It wasn't even on the this website's schedule. I know one other person posted a message about the episodes on IMDb's "Shameless" page. I sent Sundance an e-mail, but I have yet to receive a reply.
Sundance just ran the Christmas special which comes before Series 2. I assume this means that Series 2 will be coming back again.RE: Shameless Posted on Dec 29 2007 at 3:05pm by Thank you! Seasons 2 - 4 are absolutely brilliant!!!!!!! and i had a chance to see a bit of the new season as well, u wont believe what the character frank gallangher gets up to!

I hope they show the rest of the season's .They have a box set in the uk of all five. But on amazon.com they only have it in a four box set.Does anyone have an idea.thanks

Talk about funny and the way the drinking, pot, pills and sex are Portrayed, as a part of life, with out puritan judgments. WOW! Could not happen here in the US, it simply could not be done without every sin know to man being blamed on the show.
I need a shameless marathon every episode in odder. What a day that would make!

I still think Shameless is fantastic. Hope the other series are released on DVD in region 1 format - only the first season is available for the US. I've watched some other episodes on surfthechannel.com, but I'd much rather pop in a DVD. Can only hope that Sundance continues to get the remaining series....

RE: Shameless Posted on Sep 8 2008 at 11:52am by In what universe is it fair to faithful viewers of a series to change it from it's timeslot and re-start the series without any forewarning? My husband and I, as well as many other viewers, supported Shameless and the Sundance channel for months and months, and last night we turned on the TV at 9, only to discover they'd just removed it. Without so much as a mention at the end of last week's episode or at any point prior. That's really unfair and completley disrespectful to the viewers and supporters of the network. Lets us know that we do not matter a bit to them, and REALLY makes us think twice about becoming involved in anything else they have to offer, as it too could disappear at a moment's notice.
They've done the wrong thing here.-
