    What do people think of compact fluorescent light bulbs so far? I have changed out over half of my bulbs at home now and they seem to work great! Even the ones that I replaced first are still working, and I seem to have the worst luck with light bulbs. I have even seen a slight drop in my electric bill already. I think they are a great way to help the environment and save money in the long run! This was the brand I bought:

      I changed several years back and have been very happy with the change. Now I am looking to do more, I am thinking more along the lines of LED now. I just don't like the whole mercury factor in the CFLs. It is great to not have the heat from the bulbs down here in the Texas summers.
