Do you think Pascual Lozano is guilty?
RE: Skin Tone Posted on Sep 18 2007 at 6:27pm by It's too bad that everyone in that car weren't put in jail. I lived in Las Vegas at the time and became good friends with the Gonzalez family. My mom attended the original trial with the Gonzalez family. I have no doubt in my mind that Pascual Lozano is the shooter. Maybe if the jury knew that Lozano had spent 5 years in jail for a 1996 drive by shooting, 3 people were shot, 1 in the head, they would have not given him the chance for parole.
