I am having trouble talking to any one at customer service and I wanted to find out some info on how to order a film that was featured on TV on Tuesday April 16th entitiled: Mobutu King of Zaire
I have placed any number of calls and there is no one I can talk to and no specific info online on how to order anything. Waiting to hear from you. Thanks.
RE: How can I order products from Sundance channel Posted on May 18 2007 at 10:19pm by I looked up the film on the Internet Movie Database ( http://imdb.com ) and saw that there were DVDs commercially available (the SHOP box in the upper right corner of the page). Clicking it took me to the Amazon site where it was available for $32.94 from one source. However, be aware that this version is in the European PAL format, Region 2.

There's a lot of good programming on sundance, but it's hard to go and hunt for it online. It seems that some of your "original programming" is making it to iTunes... (but I'd rather it be on DVD... ah, well.) When it comes to all the Docs and other flicks, I have to go on an Amazon safari trying to find 'em. it would be nice to have some links here on sundancechannel.com, or have your own store... I figure that's not what you're all about (or want to be all about.) but, it would be nice to have something along those lines.
