Simply Amazing & Mesmorizing Posted on Dec 3 2006 at 11:48am by As I watch Mya Angelo talk with David Chappell... just watching her listen to Dave, I was taken aback at how she is so visibly listening to him and processing what he is saying...This will probably be the longest posting ever!...because I intend to watch and write every comment that strikes me at the moment of convesation...
This women is simply amazing!... She using words in their most perfect meaning...including her breakdown of the word "Iconoclasts"... Interesting...after I had type the previous comment...the show comes back on and they're now discussing words...
OMG... what she said regarding her meeting with Tupac!... Simply Amazing! Obviously, there is so much we all could learn from this incredible woman... my biggest wish is that Oprah, Robert (redford) or someone!... would place her on a stage where ANY one could see and listen to her... XM radio!... bah!!.. who can afford that!... We need this woman to be available FREELY to the world!... doesn't anyone see that!!!...

I would love to be a student in her class. She really epitomizes unconditional love. SO gifted. We have been blessed to have her. I've read "I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings" . . . actually used it as part of a class. Oprah and Dave are SO fortunate to have her in their lives.

It made me teary eyed to watch her educate him on time, struggle, and the history of black people, specifically the "n" word. Her experience is endless. It was such a learning experience for viewers. I love that things sound so amazing coming from her lips...the people she interacted with, Malcolm, Miles, and Martin. To be around her...It was powerful. The only time I've ever remotely felt that same feeling was when I saw Nikki G. speak live. She simply left me speechless as Maya does. If only today's youth could be influenced by such a person, maybe the world would be a little different.
