Song from Episode 6?

Song from Episode 6? Posted on Oct 1 2008 at 9:34pm by I've been rewatching (and relistening!) to the season finale over and over to try to figure out the song that plays about 2/3rds of the way through the show. The lyrics are something like "I've been waiting all this time boy, livin' stretched out on my knees..."
Any help on the artist and song would be much appreciated - I'd like to use it in a project I'm working on.
