Report The Good Stuff Too!
It concerns me that the newspapers & television stations only run articles on the devastation created by the fires that we all just experienced in Florida! I am a builder of wall systems that have a 3 hr. fire rating, and are hurricane rated to 250 mph, most people don't even know that they could build there home or rebuild with materials that will protect there investment from these natural disasters!
Most builders will not offer the ICF system because they are so profit oriented. The truth is a home can built at or within 2% of the cost of a CMU (block) home. ICF wall systems change the way the homeowner insurance company's rate the the home. Typically a 20% discount is seen!
Strong is Green Built!
ICF wall systems (insulated concrete forms) have a 3 hour fire rating and are hurricane rated for up to 250 mph winds. ICF walls are used for exterior walls in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. ICF walls also can reduce your energy bill up to 60%(R-50)!
Concrete walls built with insulating concrete forms (ICF's) give a building enhanced comfort, solidity, durability, resistance to natural disasters, quietness, and energy efficiency. The use of ICF's is growing rapidly. They offer owners and builders huge advantages over wood, CMU, or steel frame walls.
We offer installation of ICF product's to; Residential General Contractor's, Owner Builders, Design-Build Firms,& Commercial General Contractor's.
We can also build the entire structure!
Serving the entire state of Florida!
